2010 Seminar Timetables for Operations and Management Training Programmes
The following courses are held at our central city Training Centre located on level 4, 43 High Street, Auckland.
Theory Programme for License Controllers Qualification
A complete Managers Certificate course requires attendance at 2 sessions.
We recommend the two sessions are at least one week apart, and we
have provided a mix of each sessions so you can plan your training to
suit. Choose a first session, then any second session to complete.

Managers Certificate Training is $245.00 per person
The course fee includes GST, course handbook, an abridged version of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 AND the Licence Controller Qualification application fee. We take care of the LCQ application for you.
This qualification is issued by Hospitality Standards
Institute and you will receive your LCQ certificate directly from HSI approximately three
weeks after your completion of the Course.
Safe Food handling and Food Hygiene and Safety Training
Safe
Food Handling courses are carried out over 1 day from 9.00am to 1.30pm
and Food Safety and Hygiene are from 9.00am to 4.00pm.

Food Handling (167) course is $145.00 per person for the theory
component and $85.00 per person for the optional Practical workplace
assessment
Food Hygiene and Safety (167 & 20666) course is $240.00 person all inclusive.
